On 16 July 2026, ASNP Law Office was pleased to participate in the Go Public Coaching Clinic held in Makassar, an initiative jointly organized by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Indonesia Clearing and Guarantee Corporation (KPEI), and Indonesia Central Securities Depository (KSEI), in collaboration with the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (KemenUMKM). The programme was designed to assist prospective listed companies in strengthening their IPO readiness through focused discussions with capital market supporting professionals.
Representing ASNP Law Office, Jonathan Santandrea, Partner, and Elsen Triputra participated as legal advisors, engaging directly with prospective issuers in a series of exclusive coaching sessions. The discussions covered key legal considerations throughout the IPO process, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, corporate restructuring, and other legal matters that companies should address when preparing to access the Indonesian capital market.
The Coaching Clinic provided an opportunity for participants to engage in practical, one on one discussions with representatives from the capital market ecosystem, enabling them to gain a deeper understanding of the legal, financial, and regulatory aspects of becoming a public company.
