On 2 October 2026, ASNP Law Office was pleased to contribute in the IPO Private Mentorship, an exclusive program organized by Asian Tiger School to prepare 25 CEOs and companies towards becoming IPO-grade and meeting the standards expected of public companies.
As part of the program, our Managing Partner, Eka Prasetia Utama, delivered a mentoring session on “Aspek Hukum Penawaran Umum Perdana Saham (Initial Public Offering)”, assisted by Eugenius Evan, Mid Associate.
During the session, we shared practical legal perspectives on the IPO process, including key legal considerations in preparing a company for a public offering, corporate restructuring, legal due diligence, regulatory compliance, and matters commonly reviewed by regulators throughout the IPO process.
