On 7 October 2026, ASNP Law Office was pleased to speak at the Go Public Seminar: “A Complete Guide to The Capital Market”, held at the Indonesia Stock Exchange and jointly organized by PT Bursa Efek Indonesia, PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia, PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia, and KAP Johan Malonda Mustika & Rekan, a Baker Tilly Network Member.
Representing ASNP Law Office, Senior Partner Andreas Hartono, SH., LL.M, MCIArb shared his insights on “Pre-IPO Restructuring (Legal) and IPO Legal Aspect”, focusing on the key legal considerations for companies preparing to access Indonesia’s capital markets.
The session covered the role of legal counsel in the IPO process, legal aspects that should be addressed during pre-IPO restructuring, the legal due diligence process and preparation of the Legal Due Diligence Report (LPSH) and Legal Opinion, as well as legal issues commonly reviewed by regulators during the IPO process.
The seminar brought together approximately 60 participants representing 30 companies, providing a valuable forum for prospective issuers to gain practical insights from capital market stakeholders and professionals on the journey toward becoming a public company.
