Under this engagement, ASNP will provide legal consultancy services in relation to non-litigation advocacy and regulatory evaluation within Indonesia’s mineral and coal sector.
On 5 July 2026, our team had the privilege of delivering the official presentation before the Directorate General of Mineral and Coal, marking the commencement of this engagement.
During the presentation, we introduced ASNP’s capabilities and approach to the assignment, while also providing an overview of the Indonesian Criminal Code (Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana/KUHP) and its relevance to the legal and regulatory landscape.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the Directorate General of Mineral and Coal for the trust and confidence placed in ASNP Law Office. We look forward to supporting this engagement and continuing to deliver Value Added Legal Solution.
