Chen Shiyong (陈时勇), a seasoned cross-border legal practitioner. Mr. Chen brings substantial experience in cross-border transactions, outbound investment, project development, and regional infrastructure initiatives involving China and Southeast Asia. Having worked extensively in Myanmar and China, and previously involved in strategic regional projects and negotiations, Mr. Chen offers valuable insight into foreign investment structures, overseas project planning, international commercial negotiations, and legal risk assessment for multinational business operations. His experience across the Mekong and Southeast Asian region further strengthens the firm’s regional perspective and international network.
