With decades of experience advising Chinese enterprises on overseas investments and international business operations, he has represented and assisted clients in complex matters involving Southeast Asia, Australia, and other jurisdictions. His extensive experience in overseas direct investment, international negotiations, and foreign-related dispute resolution will further enhance the firm’s international practice and regional connectivity.

Irene Turusaka, a distinguished corporate leader and legal professional with more than 25 years of experience in the oil and gas, energy, and resource sectors, bringing deep expertise in government relations, M&A, stakeholder engagement, and strategic business development.

Chen Shiyong (陈时勇), a seasoned cross-border legal practitioner. Mr. Chen brings substantial experience in cross-border transactions, outbound investment, project development, and regional infrastructure initiatives involving China and Southeast Asia. Having worked extensively in Myanmar and China, and previously involved in strategic regional projects and negotiations, Mr. Chen offers valuable insight into foreign investment structures, overseas project planning, international commercial negotiations, and legal risk assessment for multinational business operations. His experience across the Mekong and Southeast Asian region further strengthens the firm’s regional perspective and international network.
