MONICA E.P HANDOKO (MONICA) graduated Cum Laude from Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta in 2022 with a degree in Economic and Business Law. Before joining ASNP Law Office, Monica gained experience as a legal intern in Economic Law at the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK), Regional Office 5. Monica also served as a paralegal at the Federasi Serikat Pekerja Multisektor Medan, where involvement focused on labor and employment matters.

At ASNP Law Office, Monica began by supporting clients with legal due diligence in Initial Public Offering processes and corporate restructuring. Over time, Monica has been involved in a broad range of legal work, including but not limited to commercial law matters, acquisitions, the establishment of domestic investment companies (PMDN), foreign investment companies (PMA), and representative office, as well as ongoing legal advisory services, all delivered with a practical and client-centered approach. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, conducting legal due diligence, preparing legal opinions and memoranda, reviewing and drafting corporate and commercial agreements, as well as advising clients on licensing, compliance, and regulatory requirements under Indonesian law.

In 2024, Monica passed the Indonesian Bar Exam administered by the PERADI (Indonesian Advocates Association).
