EUGENIUS EVAN (EVAN) graduated summa cum laude from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia and obtained his Master of Notarial Law (M.Kn.) from Universitas Pelita Harapan. During his academic years, Evan was actively involved in the International Moot Court Organization, where he competed in numerous national and international moot court competitions with outstanding results.

Prior to joining ASNP Law Office, Evan gained early exposure to legislative and notarial practice through his involvement with the People’s Representative Council of Indonesia (DPR RI) and a prominent public notary’s office in West Jakarta, where he was engaged in legal permitting and licensing matters. This experience has shaped his commercially aware and solution-driven approach in advising clients.

At ASNP, Evan handled a diverse portfolio of national and international clients across various areas of law, including managing projects such as Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Corporate Restructuring, Corporate Secretarial Services, and Corporate Advisory Services, as well as advising on cross-border corporate structuring. Currently, he has been entrusted to assist international labour and employment matters and regional industrial relations disputes of multinational clients
