JONATHAN SANTANDREA (JONATHAN) earned his Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from the Faculty of Law, Tarumanagara University, and his Master of Notarial Law (M.Kn.) from Pelita Harapan University. He graduated cum laude in both degrees and was recognized as the Best Graduate of the term. He is a licensed advocate under the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), a registered member of the Financial Sector Legal Consultant Association (HKHSK), and a registered Capital Market Legal Consultant of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
Jonathan has in-depth experience in capital markets practice, both in legal works relating to offerings and transactions, as well as in supporting the development of capital market interest in Indonesia. He has actively contributed as a facilitator in several IPO workshops organized by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Jonathan has played a pivotal role across a wide range of practice areas, including Capital Markets (IPOs, offerings, and secondary market transactions), cross-border M&A, corporate strategic advisory, and private equity transactions. With his comprehensive knowledge and creative, goal-oriented approach, he has also gained significant experience in assisting clients in aircraft leasing, corporate restructuring, investment schemes, mutual funds, and complex capital market transactions. Jonathan has represented both domestic and international clients across various industries, including aviation, asset management, financial services, healthcare, consumer goods, logistics, and F&B.
