JEFF GUNARSO (JEFF) earned his Indonesian law degree from Tarumanagara University in 1997 and obtained his LL.M., in international commercial laws from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia in 2000. In the following year, he also achieved his MBA from University of Technology (UTS) Sydney, Australia. Jeff is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association and qualified as a lawyer since 2007.

Prior to joining ASNP Law Office, Jeff used to be a General Legal Counsel for one of the largest media group in Southeast Asia while also served as a Legal Head and Corporate Secretary of the largest pay TV in Indonesia. Previously, Jeff was an In-house Counsel for the largest pulp paper company in Indonesia which based in Singapore and earlier as Intellectual Property Consultant Manager for a distinguished international IP law firm network based in United Kingdom.

With more than 25 years of extensive experiences in international law firm and in prominent conglomerate companies is giving him a unique ability to comprehend legal matters from business perspectives and provide legal solutions in balance with commercial perspectives. During his career, Jeff has a solid general corporate background and he has in-depth experiences in handling various commercial transactions, compliance & good corporate governance, legal due diligence, IPO, commercial licenses, mergers & acquisitions, loan facility, loan restructuring, intellectual property (copyright, trademark, trade secrets), media & broadcasting laws, satellite landing rights, telecommunication, technology, company liquidation electronic transactions, land acquisitions, consumer protection laws, labor laws, foundation, personal data protection, piracy and commercial litigation matters.
