EKA PRASETIA UTAMA (EKA) is the Managing Partner of ASNP Law Office and began his legal career in 2007. He graduated with an excellent predicate from Universitas Kristen Indonesia and gained extensive experience in various areas of legal practice at several prominent law firms prior to joining ASNP Law Office in 2017.

Eka has extensive experience in capital markets and M&A transactions, with a specialization in IPO structuring, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. His expertise has been recognized through his ranking among the Top 5 Lawyers for Most IPO Transactions in 2022 and 2023 by HukumOnline and his key role in ASNP’s Capital Markets (Debt & Equity) team. Eka’s well-rounded corporate and commercial experience allows him to comprehensively advise foreign clients entering local investments or transactions in Indonesia, ensuring compliance, cross-border structuring, corporate restructuring, and strategic corporate planning.

The IPO was oversubscribed by 190x in pooling allotment.
