ANDREAS HARTONO (ANDREAS) is the founding partner of ASNP Law Office and has been in legal practice since 2000. In 2017, he co-established ASNP Law Office, which in the same year joined the Baker Tilly International network as Baker Tilly International’s independent legal arm in Indonesia.
He advises a broad range of clients, including multinational corporations, publicly listed companies, and privately owned businesses in Indonesia and across the region. His practice covers mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, energy and natural resources, shipping, project financing, restructuring and bankruptcy, employment matters, entertainment and media, as well as arbitration and dispute resolution.
Andreas regularly acts for domestic and multinational companies operating in sectors such as energy and natural resources, shipping, cable manufacturing, chemical trading, asset management, construction, retail, music recording and publishing, and multimedia. He advises clients on complex mergers and acquisitions as well as on their day-to-day corporate and commercial operations. He also has extensive experience representing clients in court proceedings, including civil, criminal, bankruptcy, and PKPU matters.
In recognition of his standing in the legal profession, Andreas Hartono was named one of Indonesia’s A-List Top 100 Lawyers by Asia Business Law Journal in 2019, 2020, and 2021. He has also been recognized by Hukumonline as one of Indonesia’s 200 Most Influential Lawyers.
