ADRIEL MICHAEL TIRAYO (ADRIEL) holds a Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) degree from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Tarumanagara, and a Master of Notary (M.Kn.) degree from Universitas Indonesia, both earned with Cum Laude honors. He has also successfully passed the Advocate Profession Exam administered by PERADI in 2024.

Since joining the firm in 2022, Adriel has assisted and advised on both domestic and international commercial transactions across various sectors. In his active role within the corporate team, he focuses on handling projects such as initial public offerings (IPOs), rights issues, corporate restructuring, land acquisition transactions, foreign investment, aircraft lease transactions, liquidation, whistleblower agent, and day-to-day corporate business operations.
