Our Networks

In 2017, ASP joined the Baker Tilly International network as Baker Tilly International’s independent legal arm in Indonesia. We also have well-developed relationships with several leading international and regional law firms and other professional service providers (including tax consultants, certified public accountants, independent appraisal firms and investment bankers). We have extensive experience advising on the Indonesian legal aspects of cross-border transactions and working in cooperation with other advisors in doing so.

In 2022, ASP joined IR Global. IR Global is a multi-disciplinary professional services network that provides legal, accountancy, financial advice to companies and individuals through its networks in over 168 territories around the world.

On 20 September 2023, ASNP Law Offices has signed MOU for collaboration & cooperation with two prominent law firms from China, namely Lingyun Law Firm and JunZeJun Law Offices.

By this important collaboration, ASNP, Lingyun Law Firm and JunZeJun Law Offices shall jointly promote the cross border legal services and mutually develop collaborative legal market between Indonesia and People’s Republic of China.

Our History

WE WORKING SINCE 2010

Year 2010

In 2010, Irianto, Andreas & Partners (IAP) was established by the late Irianto Shalim and Andreas Hartono, both highly experienced corporate and commercial lawyers who shared a commitment to professionalism and responsiveness in the delivery of legal services.

Together they guided the growth of the firm and the development of a significant corporate client base for a period of 7 years.

Year 2017

With the passing of Mr. Shalim in early 2017 ASP was launched.

ASP have continued the commitment to delivering high quality legal services to clients.

Year 2018

ASP has grown significantly in size and its capability in handling matters across multiple practice areas.

In 2018, ASP was ranked 2^nd among all Indonesian law firms in Legal Consultants that advised on the most completed IPO transactions.

Year 2019

Based on research conducted by the Asia Business Law Journal, Andreas Hartono was recognized as one of Indonesian’s top 100 lawyers in 2019.

ASP achieved 1^st rank for top law office for IPO consultants by total number of projects and 2^nd rank for the largest number of IPO transactions in 2019.

Year 2020

During the pandemic of Covid-19 in 2020, ASP has succeed to make some expansion hence, the office relocated to Tokopedia Care Tower Ciputra International at West Jakarta.

In 2020, Andreas Hartono has been recognized again as one of Indonesian’s top 100 lawyers in 2020, based on research conducted by the Asia Business Law Journal.

Year 2021

Mr. Andreas Hartono is named in Indonesia’s A-List top 100 Lawyers by Asia Business Law Journal and ASP is awarded as an award-winning law firm 2021 from Asia Business Law Journal.

Year 2022

ASP has established a China Desk to serve various businesses and investment activities in Indonesia by Chinese companies or investors.

In 2022, ASP joined IR Global. IR Global is a global multi disciplinary professional service network in over 168 territories around the world, which provides legal, accountancy, and financial services.

In 2022, ASP has been awarded by Benchmark Litigation Award 2022 in category of Impact Case of the Year.
