ASNP Law Office is seeking highly motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Junior Associates, with a strong interest in corporate law, capital markets, and commercial litigation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Laws (Sarjana Hukum – S.H.) from a reputable university;
• Minimum GPA of 3.40;
• Strong interest in Corporate Law, Capital Markets, and/or Commercial Litigation;
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken);
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is highly preferred;
• Strong legal analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment; and
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research on applicable laws and regulations;
• Assist in drafting legal documents (legal opinions, agreements, due diligence reports, etc.);
• Support corporate transactions, capital market projects, and litigation cases; and
• Liaise with clients, regulators, and other relevant stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior internship experience in a law firm or legal institution;
• Participation in moot court, legal drafting competitions, or similar activities;
• Basic understanding of corporate law and capital market regulations; and
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written), preferably demonstrated by a minimum HSK Level 4 certification.
