🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law (Sarjana Hukum/S.H.) from a reputable university;

Minimum GPA of 3.30;

Excellent command of Mandarin, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional and legal contexts;

Strong interest in corporate, commercial, dispute resolution, and/or other legal practice areas;

Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook);

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding professional environment; and

Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

🎯 Responsibilities

Assist lawyers in handling various legal matters, including conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, correspondence, memoranda, and other supporting documents;

Assist the legal team in communicating and liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients, counterparties, and other relevant parties;

Interpret and translate Mandarin–Indonesian and/or Mandarin–English communications and documents in connection with legal matters;

Attend client meetings, negotiations, and other discussions involving Mandarin-speaking parties and prepare minutes of meetings and relevant follow-up documentation;

Assist lawyers in court proceedings and other dispute resolution matters, including coordinating schedules, preparing documents, and providing other necessary support;

Assist in corporate, commercial, regulatory, and other legal matters handled by the Firm, as required;

Support the preparation and coordination of the Firm’s publications and social media content, particularly in relation to legal developments, Firm activities, achievements, and events; and

Perform other legal and administrative duties as may be assigned from time to time.

🎯 Preferred Qualifications

Prior internship and/or working experience at a law firm, legal department, or other relevant professional environment;

Experience handling or communicating with Chinese or Mandarin-speaking clients and counterparties;

Good understanding of Indonesian corporate and commercial law;

HSK certification, preferably HSK Level 6 or above; and

Ability to use Mandarin in a legal and professional setting will be considered a strong advantage.
