Our History
For more than a decade, we have evolved from a boutique firm into a trusted partner for multinational companies and state-owned enterprises.
Irianto, Andreas & Partners (IAP) was established by the late Mr. Irianto Shalim and Mr. Andreas Hartono, both highly experienced corporate and commercial lawyers who shared a commitment to professionalism and responsiveness in the delivery of legal services.
Together they guided the growth of the firm and the development of a significant corporate client base for a period of 7 years.
With the sudden passing of Mr. Irianto Shalim, ASP was launched.
ASP has grown significantly in size and its capability in handling matters across multiple practice areas.
ASP joined the Baker Tilly International network as Baker Tilly International’s independent legal arm in Indonesia which cover more than 140 jurisdictions around the world, providing legal, accountancy, and financial services.
During the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, ASP successfully expanded and relocated its office to Tokopedia Care Tower Ciputra International, West Jakarta.
On 17th October 2022, ASP changed its name to ASNP Law Office (logo stays the same).
ASNP Law Office established its China Desk to serve various businesses and investment activities in Indonesia by Chinese companies or investors.
ASNP joined IR Global. IR Global is a global multi disciplinary professional service network in over 168 territories around the world, which provides legal, accountancy, and financial services.
ASNP Law Office has signed collaboration & cooperation with 2 prominent Law Firms from China.
ASNP Law Office has been appointed as retainer lawyer for Indonesian Flagship National Airline.
ASNP Law Office hired a native China legal practitioner to strengthen our continuous support for Chinese client companies and investors in Indonesia.
ASNP Law Office has expanded its business to include trade and custom practice.
On February 2025, ASNP Law Office successfully expanded its office on the 18th and 19th floor of Tokopedia Care Tower, Ciputra International Building, West Jakarta.
