Jonathan Santandrea

JONATHAN SANTANDREA (JONATHAN) earned his Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from the Faculty of Law, Tarumanagara University, and a Master of Notarial Law (M.Kn.) from Pelita Harapan University. He graduated cum laude in both degrees and was recognized as Best Graduate of the term. He is a licensed advocate under the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and a registered member of the Financial Sector Legal Consultant Association (HKHSK).

Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan built his legal career at a prominent Jakarta-based law firm. He has a strong passion for corporate and capital market matters. Since joining the Firm, Jonathan has played a pivotal role across a wide range of practice areas, including Capital Market (IPOs, offerings, and aftermarket transactions), cross-border M&A, corporate strategic advisory, and private equity transactions. With his comprehensive knowledge and creative, client-focused approach, he has also gained significant experience in achieving client goals in areas such as aircraft leasing, corporate restructuring, investment schemes, mutual funds, and complex capital market transactions. Jonathan has represented domestic and international clients across a variety of industries, including aviation, asset management, financial services, healthcare, consumer goods, logistics, and F&B.

Practice Areas: Capital Market (IPO, offerings, and aftermarket transactions), cross-border M&A, corporate strategic advisory, corporate restructuring, and private equity.
